Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 30 days after receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at babyghost.yao@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided upon request. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customer-Provided Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a justification.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
